This Program enables us to disperse information and positively influence the broader community. In turn, this supports the application of educated choices when implementing sustainable conservation practices within the natural environment.

Identification of Aquatic Weeds (Accredited & Non Accredited)

Identification of native plants and weed species

Bushland regeneration techniques

Brad Smith, a trainee funded under the “First Start” program, as part of the Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative, was chosen to appear in a TV series to air on WIN TV, which tells the story of the participants’ experiences. Mark asked him what all this attention felt like. (runs 2’21”).
