Noosa & District Landcare Group operate
2 plant propagation nurseries and one retail
outlet. All orders can be placed with the
Nursery Manager by telephoning one of the
numbers listed below.
RETAIL OUTLET / ADMINISTRATION CENTRE

Noosa Landcare’s retail outlet is
open to the public:
Office: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Nursery: Weds to Fri, 9.30am to 2.30pm and
Saturday mornings 9am – 11am.
Here you will find a diverse range of local
native species with all plants labelled
and someone on hand to offer advice on Fridays
and Saturday mornings. The Administration
building has Reource Material for anyone
interested in “Landcare, Waterwatch,
Bushcare and Farm Forestry” and information
covering all services provided by Noosa
& District Landcare as well as a host
of other environmental and weed information.
This is also where Administration of the
Group is based and where the voluntary Management
Committee meet each month.
Prices range from $1.55
to $3.30 inclusive GST
for tubestock and space savers.
FUTURES CENTRE NURSERY

Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am –
4pm
The Futures Centre Nursery provides a range
of local native tubestock for general sales
to the public. The quality of stock is suitable
for timber plantations and the range includes
Eucalypts, Cabinet Timbers, rainforest,
coastal and some riparian species. Nursery
capacity is 100,000+ tubestock per year.
Prices range from $1.55
to $3.30 inclusive GST
for tubestock & space savers.

The Riparian Nursery provides a diverse
range of local native species including
Cabinet Timbers, Rainforest, Riparian, coastal
species, as tubestock. The stock provided
goes to the retail outlet in Pomona for
sale to the public, landholders, project
plantings, buyers and landscaping specialists
from all over South East Queensland. The
diversity of species is variable and dependent
upon availability of seed. This nursery
produces approximately 70,000+ tubestock
per year.
The Riparian Nursery houses an ‘Aquatics
Section’ which has been used in trials
for control of Aquatic Weeds and growing
of native water plants such as Valisnera
nana.
