While we are becoming adept at looking for
limited funding under fewer stones, Noosa
& District Landcare Group still rely
on membership and donations from the public
and businesses to support a broad range
of community services such as schools education,
community representation, free information
via the internet, telephone and through
the Resource Centre in Pomona. We would
be very grateful if you are able to help
Noosa Landcare continue to help the local
community. See how below:
Tax Deductible - Donations
and Sponsorship
Noosa & District Landcare Group
have an established Public Fund –
The Environment Fund. Donations or sponsorship
to this fund are TAX DEDUCTIBLE and facilitate
the planting of trees and environmental
works which benefits our flora and fauna,
helps prevent erosion and reduces the levels
of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
Please contact Chris Cadogan (Administration
Officer) on 07 5485 2468 for further information.

Volunteers
Noosa & District Landcare Group was
initially established due to the commitment
and passion of a small band of Volunteers.
Today, a structured staff system guides
the Group through it’s daily and projected
activities. However, volunteers on the Management
Committee, in our nurseries, through Waterwatch
and Bushcare, continue to provide fundamental
support for the Group’s community
based endeavours.
Currently, we have opportunities for volunteers
in the following areas:-
